Bookings, Changes & Cancellations
At Darash Lanka Tours, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation and amendment process is designed to remain fair, transparent and flexible for our guests whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charges apply.
- Between 45 to 36 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Between 35 to 22 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Less than 21 days before arrival and no-shows: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Amendments & Rescheduling
Whenever possible, we are happy to assist with rescheduling or adjusting travel arrangements based on availability and operational feasibility.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method and service providers involved.
Travel Terms
By booking a tour, transfer, accommodation or travel-related service with Darash Lanka Tours, guests agree to the following general terms.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving the required payment confirmation and written acknowledgement from our team.
Travel Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal travel information, including passport validity, visa requirements and any required travel documentation.
Service Availability
All tours, transport services, accommodations and activities are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Travel Experience
While we always aim to deliver experiences exactly as planned, certain adjustments may occasionally be necessary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Conduct
We kindly request all travellers to behave respectfully toward local communities, guides, drivers, hotels and fellow guests throughout their journey.
